The Stages of Pulsey

Stage 1

Design

With the help of Design Pulsey and our Building and Design Team, we will work with you to choose a design, look at your facade options and how best to proceed to the next stage of the process.

Stage 2

Pre-Construction

This is where we get all our ducks in a row. From planning and drawing up your future Beechwood home, to surveying your land and dealing with various statutory requirements, we’ll work through it with you.

Stage 3

Construction

This is the most exciting part of the process, where you can see your dream become a reality. Through the Beechwood Pulse Portal, you’ll be kept updated on your project’s progress at each stage, keeping you as excited throughout the building journey as when you first signed on.

Stage 4

Maintenance

Should you notice anything in your new Beechwood home that may need a ‘touch-up’, our friendly maintenance team will be happy to attend you at a time that suits, ensuring any issues or concerns are addressed and rectified.
